How many times have you passed by a sunflower and wanted to take it home with you? For me, it is every time! They are one of the most majestic flowers; their brightly colored head always seems to make one pause, enjoy, and walk away filled with sunny inspiration. Most are filled with a gift of seeds to nourish nature’s little creatures. Some sunflowers are of the decorative sort, they will tend to come in colors of rust, deeper golden yellows, purples and even pink hues. No matter how you come to find them, may they in someway touch your heart and give you the joy of light that they bring into this world.
