Hello everyone! I thought I would post the hard working hare “Amanda Rabbit” today, in honor of all those who are planting, pulling and preparing. Amanda Rabbit is a very hard worker with a flare for carrots. You can find her in the early mornings pulling weeds and harvesting fresh carrots for the days salads, roasted offerings, glazed orange colored inspirations and most of all carrot cake! So, as you can see, Amanda is quite the chef in the kitchen too...when she isn’t in the garden or her flowerbed, you’ll find her in the kitchen dreaming up beautiful meals for everyone to enjoy. Again, to all the gardeners and chefs of this world, thank you for all the beauty and flavor you bestow upon our hearts, minds, and palates.
